- Breath & body activation: Awakening energy centers (root to throat)

- Storytelling journey: Lilith's exile and reclamation of her truth
- Embodied shadow work: Exercises to find the suppressed voice and power
- Light Language Sound: First activation through primal tones and deep vowels

Afternoon — The Descent

- Hero's journey, phases 1–4: The call, refusal, meeting the mentor, crossing the threshold
- Lilith as archetypal mentor: Reclaiming sovereignty & the power of "no"
- Sound Temple: Collective Light Language practice in a shared sound field

Evening Ceremony - Temple of sound

- Full Light Language activation: Movement, mudras, voice
- Partner exercise: Giving and receiving vibrational messages
